nubplus

Nubplus is a Turkish-born artist based in Montenegro. He studied sculpture and worked as a graffiti artist and muralist before moving into generative code, and he now works across modular ceramic tiles and bricks as well as software. Typography runs through the work: he developed surface designs from Kufic script, and the humanoid figures he derived from that script recur across his output. His recent releases include Synthetic Flora, an edition of 111 built around botanical imagery, and Automata Monads, an edition of 100 on fx(hash). In 2024 he released SUNKEN with the artist Datura, his first collaborative work. In 2025 he contributed UTO, an interactive WebGL piece, to the Architecture edition of ACTZ Commissions.
