Victor Doval

Victor Doval is a Spanish artist and architect based in Valencia. Born in Madrid, he moved to Valencia to complete his architecture degree and took up Processing afterwards, using it from 2012 onward across graphic design, web design, architecture and art. His work looks at how light, sound and matter intersect with code. Doval first heard of NFTs in 2018 through an invitation from MakersPlace, uploaded his first work to Rarible in October 2020, and began concentrating on the medium after the rise of Hic Et Nunc in 2021. He marked that platform's discontinuation in November 2021 with the generative animation The memory will last. In 2022 he released the interactive generative series Identity Layers on fxhash and took part in the group exhibition "Generative Architecture. The Making of a Room" at Verse.
